Abstract
⺠Public timber sale records were assessed to identify how tract, policy, and administrative factors impact stumpage prices. ⺠Approximately 63% of the stumpage price variation was explained by our model.⺠Tract characteristics, timber-sale policies and administrative procedures were found to influence public stumpage prices.
