Abstract
⺠A Foucauldian discourse analysis was applied to Finnish forest owners' descriptions of power in forest policy. ⺠Three discursive strategies: submitting, questioning and taking power were identified. ⺠Strategies were based on the intersection of environmental identities (forestry vs. conservation) and justice.
