Abstract
CLnA modified BSA-conjugated magnetic γ-Fe2O3 nano-composites had been successfully synthesized by the combination of the biomimetic synthesis and chemical condensation under the gentle condition. Both metabolic and proliferation methods revealed that the proliferation of tumor cells could be inhibited by the magnetic nano-composites in a cell type- and dose-dependent mode. Moreover, it can be delivered to and eliminated by tissues in a short time period.
