Abstract
The kinetic experiments of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis (FTS) over a Co/AC catalyst are carried out in an integral fixed bed reactor under the operating conditions as follows: temperature 220-250 °C, pressure 2.0-4.0 MPa, space velocity (Sv) 2000-3500 h−1 and the ratio of H2 to CO in feed gas 1.0-2.5. The re-adsorption of alkenes is considered as a reverse step of alkenes desorption reaction in the deducing procedure of the comprehensive kinetics model. The formation rate expressions of products including alkanes, alkenes and alcohols are derived on the basis of CO insertion mechanism. The parameters of kinetics expressions are estimated by global optimization (genetic algorithm) and local optimization (Levenberg-Marquardt logarithm). Correlation test and statistical test indicate that the parameters and the model are significant and reasonable.
