Abstract
⺠Kinetic analysis of CO2capture was conducted using amine based (PEI) mesoporous sorbent in fluid bed. ⺠Breakthrough tests were performed varying bed temperature, flow rates and CO2 levels. ⺠Sorbent capacity, rate constants, reaction zone length, and utilization factors were extracted. ⺠The sorbent capacity increased with temperature up to 70 °C and then decreased. ⺠The adsorption rate constant exhibited a negative temperature dependence decreasing as the T increased.
