Abstract
► We provide alternative transformation from Cartesian to geodetic coordinates. ► Methodology uses a rigorous least squares solution. ► Full stochastic knowledge of the initial Cartesian coordinates is used. ► The approach is applicable to accurate GPS georeferencing of control stations.
