Abstract
⺠We develop a second order continuous time sigma-delta modulator for medical application. ⺠Reliability aware design with failure estimation and ageing analysis is performed. ⺠Comparing with HCI, NBTI is the dominate effect. ⺠The feedback loop in this modulator is less reliable than the analog loop filter.
