Abstract
- QT-1 was high sensitive, selective and turn on sensor for Zn2+.
- The Zn2+ detection limit (2Â ÃÂ 10â8Â M) is reported.
- This fluorescence change was further supported by DFT/TD-DFT calculations.
- The probe is applied successfully for recognizing intracellular Zn2+ within living cells.
