A novel ligand based dual conjugate adsorbent for cobalt(II) and copper(II) ions capturing from water

- Detection and removal of Co(II) and Cu(II) were evaluated under solution acidity.
- Conjugate adsorbent can effectively detect and remove these ions with high sensitivity.
- The adsorbent can also remove Co(II) and Cu(II) in the presence of foreign ions.
- The adsorbent has high reusability without deterioration in capturing Co(II) and Cu(II).
