Abstract
- We present a scale-sensitive approach to define value of urban green spaces (UGSs).
- A hedonic pricing analysis was conducted for 261,827 flats in Leipzig, Germany.
- Revealed preferences for UGSs differ between the city level and district level.
- Socio-economic variables can explain differences in revealed preferences.
- The stepwise analysis approach is applicable for complex systems in general.
