The aim of this article was to establish the features of alliances coordination, through the analysis of the artifacts roles in these activities, as a way to deepen the knowledge about how can these artifacts, present in routines and processes, help to enhance the alliances coordination. For this, it was used the qualitative methodology. Moreover, it involved the case study strategy in a TI company, where data was collected through interviews with managers responsible for the coordination in their companies.
