Abstract
The TiO2/ZnIn2S4 heterojunction photoanode can be expected to substitute for the conventional TiO2 photoanode due to the increased visible light utilizing efficiency, reduced recombination rate of photo-generated electron-hole pairs, and accelerated photoinduced electrons migration process in the dye-sensitized solar cell, which leads to the improvement of JSC and VOC and enhancement of photoelectric conversion efficiency.334
