Abstract
The effect of the perovskite-sensitized nanoporous TiO2 photoanode thickness on the photovoltaic properties in PSCs is investigated, in which the photoanode is prepared by an in situ method. Results indicate that reducing the thickness of the photoanode can enhance the separation and transmission of the electron and hole. And the PSC with 0.80 μm thickness of the photoanode shows a superior cell efficiency of 12.22% without adding hole transporting material into the device.265
