Abstract
Compared with conventional heat treatment, microwave irradiation assisted heat treatment can provide the “inert and instant heating” of 3D microspherical LiFePO4/C precursor and give the complete carbon coating. Due to the even crystallite and complete carbon coating, the as-obtained 3D porous LiFePO4/C microspheres exhibited excellent electrochemical performances including low polarization, high discharge voltage and specific energy.282
