Electrochemical anchoring of dual doping polypyrrole on graphene sheets partially exfoliated from graphite foil for high-performance supercapacitor electrode

Partial exfoliation of graphene from graphite foil (GF) was achieved by a convenient one-step electrochemical exfoliation method to afford Ex-GF with graphene sheets standing on GF matrix stably. Dual doping polypyrrole was electrochemically anchored on the graphene sheets to afford Ex-GF/PPy-NDS, in which the polymer displayed superior energy storage properties in a wide potential window of −0.8 to 0.5 V vs. SCE.254
