Abstract
⺠A dynamic model for PEM fuel cell is developed and validated. ⺠The parametric controller is designed based on a solution to the model equations. ⺠The results show designed controller can optimize the PEM fuel cell operations. ⺠It ensures reliable performance in the presence of the current load fluctuations.
