Abstract
⺠A high capacity Li2MnSiO4/C nanocomposite was prepared by sol-gel method. ⺠Amorphous carbon coat on the Li2MnSiO4 crystals uniformly. ⺠The nanocomposite has a high initial discharge capacity and superior rate capacity. ⺠The high capacity is ascribed to the nanoparticle size and uniform carbon coating.
