Abstract
► LiMn2O4 were prepared with accurately controlled morphologies and particle sizes. ► Performances of spherical LiMn2O4 are better than those of the cubic one. ► Spherical LiMn2O4 with middle size has the best performance. ► Lithium ion diffusion coefficients of LiMn2O4 were determined by CITT and PITT. ► Diffusion coefficients depend on morphologies and particle sizes of LiMn2O4.
