Abstract
► A Sn/C anode material is prepared by co-electrospinning and heat treatment in Ar/H2. ► The morphology exhibits nanosized Sn embedded in multichannel carbon microtubes. ► The anode delivers outstanding capacities up to 10 C cycling rate. ► Cycle life extends to 600 cycles with stable capacity.
