Abstract
⸠Using a highly conductive ESB, the LSM cathode/electrolyte interface is functionally modified. ⸠Cathodic polarization with an ESB layer is reduced by 60% due to enhanced oxygen incorporation. ⸠The maximum power density of a SOFC using this modification is over 1 W cmâ2 at 650 °C. ⸠The SOFC shows a stable performance for â¼200 h.
