Abstract
⺠A new kind of coating material, Li4Ti5O12, was introduced onto the surface of natural graphite. ⺠The energy and power densities, cycle life and safety performance of natural graphite are enhanced by Li4Ti5O12 coating. ⺠In situ formed lithiated LTO with higher electronic conductivity in the final coating material on the graphite.
