Abstract
⺠High-capacity Fe- and/or Ti-substituted Li2MnO3 positive electrode materials were prepared. ⺠They had higher initial cycle efficiency than 70% and higher specific capacity than 200 mAh gâ1. ⺠Beneficial electrochemical performance was accomplished using carbothermal reduction. ⺠They are attractive for use as positive electrode materials in large-scale lithium-ion batteries.
