Abstract
⺠SOFC compositionally graded AFL built using a duel suspension spraying system. ⺠Analytical deposition model predicted and matched elemental gradation of the functional layer. ⺠Deposition profile/thickness significantly affects the electrochemical kinetics. ⺠Supports model that indicates effectively grading the AFL improves SOFC performance.
