Abstract
⺠Thin Films of Li4Ti5O12 are deposited by ion beam sputtering. ⺠XRD and TEM are used to proof the desired structure of the thin films. ⺠Galvanostatic cycling shows capacity loss at high charging currents. ⺠A new method is shown to determine the diffusion coefficient of lithium. ⺠Usage of GITT studies confirms the measured diffusivity.
