Abstract
► The over-discharge performance Li4Ti5−xZnxO12 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.2) anode is first reported. ► Zn doping improves the conductivity and reversibility of the Li4Ti5O12. ► Li4Ti4.8Zn0.2O12 anode remarkably exhibits high rate performance.
