Abstract
⺠BaTiO3 is shown for the first time to be an effective, stable catalyst for H2S and CH4 fueled SOFC. ⺠A maximum power density of 135 mW/cm2 was achieved at 900 °C in 0.5% H2S-CH4 with thick electrolyte. ⺠BaTiO3 has higher resistance to C-deposition and much higher stability than SrTiO3 and La2Ti2O7.
