Abstract
⺠Silicon films were fabricated by photosintering process. ⺠As-prepared silicon films were used as anode materials of lithium-ion batteries. ⺠The thinner Si film exhibited larger storage capacity and better cyclability. ⺠The addition of silver nanoparticles further improved the battery performance.
