Abstract
⺠We report much improved thermomechanical stability of micro-SOFCs on AAO. ⺠Mechanical stability of membrane and thermal stability of Pt electrode are secured. ⺠The OCV of the cell was perfectly retained during the test time. ⺠90% of the initial power was sustained even after â¼17 h (1000 min) of operation.
