Abstract
► Anode-supported thin YSZ-SDC bi-layer electrolytes were fabricated by pulsed laser deposition. ► The fuel cell showed a peak power density of over 2 W cm−2 at 650 °C. ► Long-term stability of performance was demonstrated at 650 °C and a constant current density of 1 A cm−2.
