Abstract
⺠Thermal analysis model for the sodium-sulfur battery module is proposed. ⺠Multi-step and multi-fidelity numerical models are developed. ⺠Electrochemical cell heat generation model is adopted. ⺠Effect of material property, insulation and cell arrangements are assessed. ⺠Effect of variable insulation thickness on the module efficiency is predicted.
