Abstract
⺠Nanoscale TiO2 has favorable dielectric properties for high energy capacitors. ⺠Mn-doping improves dielectric properties via enhanced grain boundary resistivity. ⺠EPR spectroscopy indicates clustering of dopant ions at the grain boundaries.
