Abstract
⺠Homogenous CNT films were synthesized by wet-chemically applied catalyst coatings. ⺠Fe:Mo (47:3) and Fe:Co (2:3) catalyst alloys show different particle ripening behavior. ⺠CNT diameter can be controlled by the Fe:Mo (47:3) catalyst concentration. ⺠Resulting CNT films were investigated electrochemically as supercap cell. ⺠Specific capacitance can be indirectly controlled by the catalyst concentration.
