Abstract
⺠Ni foam and Cu foil are used as the current collector for high capacity C-Si composite electrode. ⺠The electrode with Ni foam can incorporate higher percentage of Si. ⺠Ni foam can greatly increase the cycle life of Si electrode. ⺠The impedance of the electrode with Ni foam is much smaller compared to that with Cu foil after cycling.
