Abstract
► Li3V2(PO4)3/C has been synthesized via a novel PVP-assisted sol-gel method. ► PVP as carbon source is first introduced into Li3V2(PO4)3. ► The Li3V2(PO4)3/C exhibits excellent rate capability and cyclic performance. ► The apparent diffusion coefficient of lithium ions was investigated by CV measurement to study the kinetics.
