Abstract
⺠Mg-doped Li2MnSiO4 compounds as Li-ion battery cathodes. ⺠Mg-doped compounds have the three-dimensional framework monoclinic P21/n structure. ⺠The P21/n structure is stabilized by the Mg doping and forms at 700 °C while in undoped material it only forms above 900 °C. ⺠Galvanostatic cycling performance is better than that for the un-doped P21/n material.
