Abstract
⺠Revisited structural and electrochemical features of the cubic α-LiFeO2 phase. ⺠α-LiFeO2 belongs to the class of Fe-diluted magnetic semiconductors regarding its magnetic properties, which is due to the random dilution of Fe on octahedral sites. ⺠Iron oxidation transformation from Fe3+-Fe4+ to Fe4+-Fe2+ is observed for the first charge-discharge. ⺠XRD and Raman analysis of post-mortem LiFeO2 electrode.
