Abstract
Novel trimethyltin(IV) (1) and tributyltin(IV) (2) derivatives of warfarin (WR) have been synthesized and investigated for their DNA binding profile and plasmid cleavage. It has been found that both the complexes exhibit a greater potential towards DNA binding and fragmentation in comparison to that of WR.188
