A 3-fold interpenetrating 3D Cu(II) coordination polymer based on a semi-rigid naphthalene-based bis-pyridyl-bis-amide and thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylate

A 3-fold interpenetrating 3D framework with a 4-connected CdSO4-like topology was obtained, which represents the first example of coordination polymers with the semi-rigid naphthalene-based bis-pyridyl-bis-amide ligand and shows excellent photocatalytic activity and selectivity for the decomposition of RhB.
