Abstract
Two new octamolybdate-based hybrids have been prepared and structurally characterized. X-ray single-crystal analyses show that 1 consists of infinite 1D anionic chains constructed by [β-Mo8O26]4- bridged via dinuclear silver clusters. 2 displays a 2D network generated by 1D cationic tetranuclear copper cluster chains and [θ-Mo8O26]4-.
