Abstract
The synthesis, structure and in vitro antimycobacterial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv of the compound [Pd(C-bzan)(SCN)(dppp)] {bzan = N-benzylideneaniline, dppp = 1,3-bis(diphenylphosphino)propane} were presented in this work. The title compound was highly effective against M. tuberculosis, with a MIC value of 5.15 μM.
