Abstract

âº Cu(II) complexes of Moxifloxacin and Gatifloxacin were synthesized and characterized. âº The Cu(II) complexes bind with DNA via intercalative mode. âº Antiproliferative activity of the complexes on A549 cells was investigated. âº The complexes induced cell death by apoptosis.
