Abstract
⺠A novel benzimidazolium salts and their silver complexes were prepared. ⺠The compounds were examined by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. ⺠The antimicrobial activity of all compounds were studied. ⺠The silver-NHC complexes showed better effect for all bacteria strains.
