Abstract
⺠A partial safety factor system (PSFS) is developed for Tetrapod armor layer. ⺠A large number of structural and wave data are used for the development of the PSFS. ⺠The PSFS depends on the shape parameter of the extreme wave height distribution. ⺠The PSFS can also be used for the distributions that do not include a shape parameter. ⺠The developed system is applied to existing structures to examine its applicability.
