Abstract
A Venn diagram showing that Manduca sexta miRNA or miRNAâ levels decreased (green circles, I/C <80%) or increased (red circles, I/C >125%) in hemocytes (H) and fat body (F) after the immune challenge. The negatively correlated mRNA level changes of their putative immunity-related target genes suggest the expression regulation of innate immunity by miRNAs.270
