Abstract
To use label-free quantitative proteomics to analyze the changes in the proteome of SRBSDV-infected rice in response to Cytosinpeptidemycin. The results offer a more comprehensive view of the proteome changes response to Cytosinpeptidemycin in SRBSDV-infected rice. The Cytosinpeptidemycin may activate abscisic acid (ABA) response to control SRBSDV in rice.310
