Abstract
In this paper, Phoma sp. was isolated from tea white scab and identified through morphology and molecular biology methods. Shenqinmycin displayed high antifungal activity in vitro. Thus, the possible mechanism of Phoma sp. treated with Shenqinmycin was analyzed through RT-qPCR, Nano-LC-MS/MS, and the morphology methods. Results indicated that Shenqinmycin treatment can distort and distend mycelia. Furthermore, differentially expressed genes and proteins were found to be related to cell redox homeostasis, protein synthesis, and energy metabolism and constitute the cytoskeletons of pathogenic fungi.172
