Abstract
In order to make sure the mechanism of the AITC treated S. zeamais adults, toxic symptoms and ultra-structural of S. zeamais adults were observed and the activities of four enzymes in adult S. zeamais were studied. According to the results, it suggested that cytochrome c in mitochondrial maybe the one target of AITC against the adult S. zeamais.
