The functions of a cucumber phospholipase D alpha gene (CsPLDα) in growth and tolerance to hyperosmotic stress

The relative expression of CsPLDα in cucumber seedlings under salt and osmotic stresses. Total RNAs were separately extracted from leaves and roots of cucumber seedlings at four-leaf-stage, after treated with 100 mM NaCl (A) and 20% PEG 6000 (B) for 0, 0.5, 1, 3, 5 and 10 h.
