Abstract
⺠Peanut 2S albumin treated with SDS revealed a high inhibitive role to Aspergillus flavus. ⺠The antifungal activity of 2S albumin seems to present in the complex protein of seeds. ⺠The results help us to know a new function of storage protein in peanut seeds. ⺠The results will open up a new research area for the study of peanut resistance to A. flavus.
