Abstract
⺠We analyze the rice transcriptome for the characterization of V toxicity. ⺠V has an influence on biosynthesis and signaling of auxin, ABA and JA. âºÂ mRNA levels of divalent cation transporter decreased in V-treated rice root. ⺠NAC, RLCK-VII and LRR-VIII are believed to play a major role in this V stress.
